Reservation & Cancellation

A booking fee is required for all future and current appointments. Pretty Skin Artistry will send out reminder texts and/or emails prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you must reschedule or cancel, a 24 hour notice in advance is required. Any cancellations or rescheduling with less then 24 hour notice or no-show appointments will result in a canceling fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. The booking fee is non-refundable.

Late Policy

At Pretty Skin Artistry, we do our best to keep our clients happy. We understand life happens. We ask that you call the spa if you are running late. After 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to change depending on your esthetician's discretion. Please know this is not a type of punishment. It is to prevent overlap with the rest of your esthetician's appointments within the day. We thank you in advance for your consideration.

Refund Policy

Although we make the effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any used or unused retail products or spa certificates

Age Requirements

Any spa guest under the age of 18 is required to have a signed consent form by a parent or guardian. For the safety of our guests, minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
